Andrey Yeshchenko
Andrey Olegovich Yeshchenko (russian: link=no, Андрей Олегович Ещенко; born 9 February 1984) is a Russian professional Association football, footballer who plays as a right-back for FC Znamya Noginsk. Career Yeshchenko became famous appearing in a short spell for FC Dynamo Kyiv in 2006. Although considered a first team player throughout his entire stay in Kyiv, Yeshchenko complained of difficulties adhering to the strict physical regime at Dynamo. In turn, Dynamo management loaned the back to its fellow Muscovite club. He made his Russian Premier League debut for FC Dynamo Moscow on 4 August 2006 in a game against FC Torpedo Moscow. In October 2012 he was voted FC Lokomotiv Moscow player of the month. On 1 July 2014, Yeshchenko signed for FC Kuban Krasnodar, Kuban Krasnodar on a season-long loan deal with the option to buy. 2006 Russian Premier League
The 2006 Russian Premier League was the 55th season of the premier football competition in Russia since the dissolution of the Soviet Union and the 5th under the current Russian Premier League name. The season started on 17 March 2006 and ended on 26 November 2006. Defending champions CSKA Moscow claimed their second successive title on 18 November 2006 with an away win over Luch-Energiya Vladivostok. Spartak Moscow finished runners-up, level on points with CSKA but ranked behind due to fewer wins (see Tie-breaking criteria below). Lokomotiv Moscow finished third. The Ukrainian Super Cup ( uk , Суперкубок України) is an association football game of the Ukrainian Premier League in traditional super cup format that acts as the grand-opening for every new football (soccer), football competition season in Ukraine. The 2006–07 Vyshcha Liha season is the sixteenth since its establishment. Shakhtar Donetsk were the defending champions. Soyuz-Viktan became the first title sponsor in the League's history. The season started on July 21, 2006 with the game in Kyiv, Dynamo - Chornomorets 4:1. The last day of the competition was June 17, 2007. The winner of the championship was declared Dynamo Kyiv acquiring their 12th title defeating the reigning champion Shakhtar Donetsk that was holding the title for the last couple of years. The 2005–06 Vyshcha Liha season was the fifteenth since its establishment. Summary The season started on July 12, 2005 with six games of the first round. The last day of the competition was May 10, 2006. However, because the top two teams have finished with an equal number of points, it was decided to conduct a decisive game between them, which was named as the Golden Match. The game took place soon upon the conclusion of the regular season on May 14. The winner of the championship final became Shakhtar Donetsk that managed to defeat Dynamo Kyiv 2–1 and for the first time winning its second consecutive title and third over all.
