Andrew Williams (bishop)
Andrew Thomas Williams is a British-born American Anglican bishop. Since 2019 he has been the diocesan bishop of the Anglican Diocese in New England, part of the Anglican Church in North America. He was a lawyer in the United Kingdom prior to his entry into ordained ministry in the Church of England and his move to the United States. Early life, education, and legal career Williams was born in the United Kingdom. He graduated from Tavistock School in 1985 and received a law degree from Exeter University in 1988. In 1985, he met his future wife, Elena, at Exeter University; they married in 1992 and have three daughters. Williams trained for law in Chancery Lane and worked from 1989 through 1994 at Cameron McKenna in London as a litigator defending architects, accountants, actuaries, insurance brokers, and Lloyd’s underwriters in civil suits. Chorleywood
Chorleywood is both a village and a civil parish in the Three Rivers District, Hertfordshire, on the border with Buckinghamshire, approximately northwest of Charing Cross. The village is adjacent to the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is part of the London commuter belt included in the government-defined Greater London Urban Area. Chorleywood was historically part of the parish of Rickmansworth, becoming a separate ecclesiastical parish in 1845 and a separate civil parish in 1898. The population of the parish was 11,286 at the 2011 census. All Saints Church is an Anglican church in Amesbury, Massachusetts. Founded in 2007 as part of the Anglican realignment by a priest from an Episcopal church in nearby West Newsburyport, it serves today as the cathedral parish for the Anglican Diocese in New England.
