Andreas Ogris
Andreas Ogris (born 7 October 1964) is an Austrian football manager and former player. He is the older brother of former Austrian international and Hertha BSC player Ernst Ogris. Club career Born in Vienna, Ogris played for Austria Wien from 1983 through 1997, split by short spells at Spanish club Espanyol and LASK. The speedy and fiery striker finished his professional career at Admira/Wacker before moving into coaching. International career In 1983 Ogris played at the FIFA World Youth Championship. He then made his senior debut for Austria in October 1986 against Albania and was a participant at the 1990 FIFA World Cup. He earned 63 caps, scoring 11 goals. His last international was an April 1997 World Cup qualification match against Scotland, in which he came on as a late substitute for Franz Aigner. The Austrian Cup (german: ÖFB-Cup), known as UNIQA ÖFB Cup for sponsorship purposes, is an annual football competition held by the Austrian Football Association, the ÖFB. During the 2008–09 season, Austria Wien won the tournament for 27th time, a record. Red Bull Salzburg are the current holders, winning the 2021-2022 tournament, making it their 8th successive win in the tournament and their 9th overall. History It has been held since 1918–19, with the exception of the time of the Anschluss between 1939 and 1945 and the period between 1950 and 1958 when the competition was deemed of little interest. Thorsten Fink (born 29 October 1967) is a German football coach and a former footballer, currently works as manager of Riga FC. Career Fink began his career with Borussia Dortmund's reserve squad before moving to SG Wattenscheid 09, where he helped them gain promotion to the first division of German football, the 1. Bundesliga, in 1990. After the club's relegation in 1994, he moved to Karlsruher SC, where he spent three seasons as a regular and impressed so much that he earned himself a move to the most successful club in Germany, Bayern Munich, in 1997.
