Andrea Suma
Andrea Suma (13?? – 14??) was an Albanians, Albanian prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. Life A member of the noble Suma family he was born in Shkodër during the second half of the 14th century. In 1405 he was ordained as bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Lezhë, Diocese of Lezhë, a post in which he served until 1426, when he became Bishop of ''Arbanum''. After the establishment of the League of Lezhë he became an ambassador of Skanderbeg and the representative of the Roman Curia in Albania. Suma is also the League's first treasurer to be recorded in historical documents. As such in March 1452 he received 4893 ducats from representatives of Pope Nicholas V, Nicholas V in Republic of Ragusa, Ragusa as part of the papal aid during the Ottoman-Albanian wars. Sources

Albanians
The Albanians (; sq, Shqiptarët ) are an ethnic group and nation native to the Balkan Peninsula who share a common Albanian ancestry, culture, history and language. Shkodër ( , ; sq-definite, Shkodra) is the fifth-most-populous city of the Republic of Albania and the seat of Shkodër County and Shkodër Municipality. League Of Lezhë
The League of Lezhë ( sq, Lidhja e Lezhës), also commonly referred to as the Albanian League ( sq, Lidhja Arbërore), was a military and diplomatic alliance of the Albanian aristocracy, created in the city of Lezhë on 2 March 1444. The League of Lezhë is considered as the first unified independent Albanian country in the Medieval age, with Skanderbeg as leader of the regional Albanian chieftains and nobles united against the Ottoman Empire. Pope Nicholas V ( la, Nicholaus V; it, Niccolò V; 13 November 1397 – 24 March 1455), born Tommaso Parentucelli, was head of the Catholic Church and ruler of the Papal States from 6 March 1447 until his death in March 1455.
