Andrea Stramaccioni
Andrea Stramaccioni (; born 9 January 1976) is an Italian football manager and former player who last managed Qatari club Al Gharafa. A football coach with experiences as a youth coach of Roma and Inter Milan, he was put in charge of first team duties on 26 March 2012 to replace Claudio Ranieri. He is also a 2010 law graduate. Playing career A former defender, his playing career was cut short by a serious knee injury while with Bologna in the 1994–95 season. Coaching career Early years He graduated in law at La Sapienza University of Rome, the largest Italian university. After retiring as a footballer, Stramaccioni went on to become a football coach for a number of amateur youth teams. At the age of 25, he won a provincial title with Rome-based youth team Az Sport, then being hired by Romulea where he worked until 2005. Stramaccioni obtained the licence for youth coaches in 2003. Fulvio Pea (born 10 February 1967) is an Italian football coach. Career Coaching The first experiences Pea has no playing experience whatsoever, as he entered directly into coaching in 1989 as youth coach of Fanfulla, when aged 22. He then took the same role at Milan-based youth club Alcione. In 1998, he was appointed in charge of the ''Esordienti'' youth team at Inter, then filling the same role at Ravenna. In 2001, he moved to Bulgaria to join Luigi Simoni at CSKA Sofia, working alongside him also in his following experiences at Ancona, Napoli and Siena. In 2005, he took his first head coaching role, as boss of Lucchese, with Simoni as technical director. Giuseppe Baresi
Giuseppe Baresi (; born 7 February 1958) is an Italian football manager and former player, who played as a defender or as a defensive midfielder. He currently works as a technical assistant at Inter Milan. Baresi spent the majority of his 18-year career with Italian club Internazionale, before retiring in 1994 after two seasons with Modena. With Inter, he won two Serie A titles and the UEFA Cup, among other trophies, and also served as the team's captain. At international level, he represented the Italy national team on 18 occasions between 1979 and 1986, taking part at UEFA Euro 1980, where they finished in fourth place, and at the 1986 FIFA World Cup. Penalty Shoot-out (association Football)
A penalty shoot-out (officially kicks from the penalty mark) is a tie-breaking method in association football to determine which team is awarded victory in a match that cannot end in a draw, when the score is tied after the normal time as well as extra time (if used) have expired. In a penalty shoot-out, each team takes turns shooting at goal from the penalty mark, with the goal defended only by the opposing team's goalkeeper. Each team has five shots which must be taken by different kickers; the team that makes more successful kicks is declared the victor. Shoot-outs finish as soon as one team has an insurmountable lead. If scores are level after five pairs of shots, the shootout progresses into additional " sudden-death" rounds. Balls successfully kicked into the goal during a shoot-out do not count as goals for the individual kickers or the team, and are tallied separately from the goals scored during normal play (including extra time, if any). Leiria (; cel-x-proto, ɸlāryo) is a city and municipality in the Central Region of Portugal.
