Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) is the governing body of Cricket in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. The association is affiliated to the Board of Control for Cricket in India and governs the Andhra cricket team. The association was founded in 1953 and has been affiliated to the BCCI ever since. The ACA operates the Dr. Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy International Cricket Stadium, in Visakhapatnam, which hosts International level Test, ODI and T20 Cricket matches. The Head Quarters of Andhra Cricket Association is in its Executive Capital, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh History Maharajkumar of Vizianagram was the founder President of the Andhra Cricket Association and Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association. Cricket
Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a field at the centre of which is a pitch with a wicket at each end, each comprising two bails balanced on three stumps. The batting side scores runs by striking the ball bowled at one of the wickets with the bat and then running between the wickets, while the bowling and fielding side tries to prevent this (by preventing the ball from leaving the field, and getting the ball to either wicket) and dismiss each batter (so they are "out"). Means of dismissal include being bowled, when the ball hits the stumps and dislodges the bails, and by the fielding side either catching the ball after it is hit by the bat, but before it hits the ground, or hitting a wicket with the ball before a batter can cross the crease in front of the wicket. Mannava Prasad
Mannava Sri Kanth Prasad (born 24 April 1975) is a retired Indian cricketer. He was most recently the chief selector of the Indian National Cricket Team and lead the selection of the Indian team for the 2019 Cricket World Cup. He played six Test matches and 17 One Day Internationals in his professional career. Ricky Bhui
Ricky Bhui (born 29 September 1996) is an Indian professional cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and occasional leg spinner. Bhui scored an unbeaten hundred on his List A debut and also scored an unbeaten hundred on his Twenty20 debut. He is also a member of the Sunrisers Hyderabad franchise in the IPL.
