Anders Dahlgren
Anders Dahlgren (23 December 1925 – 24 March 1986) was a Swedish politician. He was a member of the Centre Party. He served at the Riksdag (lower chamber) 1961–1970, and of the unicameral Riksdag 1970 to his death in 1986. From 1982 to 1985 he was the Second Deputy Speaker of the Riksdag, and from 1985 to 1986 the Third Deputy Speaker. He was minister for agriculture in the Government of Sweden from 8 October 1976, to 18 October 1978, and from 12 October 1979 to 8 October 1982. He was also acting minister for defence between 5 May 1981 and 22 May 1981. Centre Party (Sweden)
The Centre Party ( sv, Centerpartiet ; C) is a liberal political party in Sweden, founded in 1913. The party's major issues are the national economy, the environment, political decentralisation and social integration. It is represented in all of the Riksdag's parliamentary committees, currently holding 31 seats. From 2019 to 2021, it provided confidence and supply to the Löfven II Cabinet. Traditionally, the second, third and fourth largest parties gets to name of one of their members for these offices. The Minister for Defence of Sweden ( sv, försvarsminister; formal title: sv, statsråd och chef för försvarsdepartementet) is a member of the Government of Sweden ( sv, Regeringen). Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation (KAW) ( sv, Knut och Alice Wallenbergs Stiftelse) is a Swedish public and private foundation formed in 1917 by Knut Agathon Wallenberg and his wife Alice Wallenberg. It was created to support research in the natural sciences, technology and medicine by awarding long-term grants to basic research of the highest international class.
