Anastasia Nechaeva (born 9 May 1993) is a Russian snooker and pool player. She was runner-up in the 2014 and 2015 IBSF World Snooker Championships. Playing career Nechaeva had success in pool as a teenager, including winning the 2009 European Championship Girls Eight-ball championship and the 2009 European Championship Girls Nine-ball championship. She later finished as runner-up at the 2011 WPA World Nine-ball Junior Championship. In snooker, she was runner-up in both 2013 and 2014 at the EBSA European Snooker Championship, losing both times to Wendy Jans. In 2013, she won all six of her qualifying matches at the EBSA European Snooker Championship, and was seeded second in the main draw, behind Jans. Katrina Wan Ka Kai (; born 8 March 1988) is a snooker player from Hong Kong. She was runner-up in the 2018 Australian Women's Open. Biography Wan started playing on the women's snooker circuit in 2013. She reached her highest ranking to date, 5th, in October 2018. At the 2016 WLBS World Ladies Pairs Championship, Wan and Ng On-yee, beat Maria Catalano and Tatjana Vasiljeva 4–1. Straight pool, which is also called 14.1 continuous and 14.1 rack, is a cue sport in which two competing players attempt to as many billiard balls as possible without playing a . The game was the primary version of pool played in professional competition until it was superseded by faster-playing games like nine-ball and eight-ball in the 1980s. Pankaj Arjan Advani (born 24 July 1985) is an Indian billiards and former professional snooker player. He is a 25-time International Billiards and Snooker Federation (IBSF) world champion. He has won 17 billiards world titles, the IBSF World Billiards Championship on 16 occasions and the World Team Billiards Championship once. In snooker, he won the IBSF World Snooker Championship three times, IBSF World six-red championship twice and the IBSF World Team Cup and IBSF World Team Championship one time each. Morgan won the World Amateur Championship in 1987 and played on the professional main tour from 1988 until 2006. Laura Evans (born 1986) is a Welsh snooker player. She has been Welsh Ladies' snooker champion three times, and was runner-up in the 2015 Eden Ladies Masters and the 2017 World Women's 10-Red Championship. Biography Evans started playing snooker aged 14. She started entering women's tournaments in Wales, and won her first event at 15. Kelly Fisher (born 25 August 1978) is an English professional pool, snooker and English billiards player. Career Fisher grew up in South Elmsall, near Pontefract, West Yorkshire. The 2015 IBSF World Snooker Championship is an amateur snooker tournament that took place from 9 November to 21 November 2015 in Hurghada, Egypt. The event was originally due to take place in Sharm el-Sheikh, however due to the Metrojet Flight 9268 crash the tournament was relocated to Hurghada.
