Anastasia Logunova
Anastasia Yuryevna Logunova ( rus, Анастасия Юрьевна Логунова, , ɐnəstɐˈsʲiɪ̯ə ɫəɡʊˈnovə; born 20 July 1990) is a Russian basketball player. She qualified for the 2020 Summer Olympics, playing in a team with Mariia Cherepanova, Olga Frolkina, and Yulia Kozik in the 3×3 tournament. With Dynamo Kursk she won the 2017 EuroLeague. She has also played for the Russia women's national 3x3 team, who notably won the inaugural 2014 FIBA Europe 3x3 Championships. Olga Eduardovna Frolkina ( rus, Ольга Эдуардовна Фролкина, , ˈolʲɡə ˈfroɫkʲɪnə; born 28 July 1997) is a Russian basketball player for Dynamo Kursk and the Russian national team. Her twin sister Evgeniia is also a professional basketball player. She participated at the 2017 FIBA U20 European Championship, and the 2020–21 EuroLeague Women with Dynamo Kursk. 2013 Summer Universiade
The 2013 Summer Universiade, officially known as the XXVII Summer Universiade (russian: XXVII Летняя Универсиада), was held in the city of Kazan, Russia, the most northerly city ever to host a Summer Universiade. Over 10,400 university athletes from 162 countries participated in 13 mandatory and 14 optional sports, making the 2013 Universiade the biggest ever in the history of the event. For the first time in history a Cultural Universiade was also included, with many festivals and shows held simultaneously with the sporting events. The Universiade was organized by the International University Sports Federation (FISU) and by the authorities of the Russian Federation. The Universiade is an international multi-sport event, organized for university athletes by the International University Sports Federation (FISU). The name is a portmanteau of the words "University" and "Olympiad". The Universiade is referred to in English as the World University Games or World Student Games; however, this latter term can also refer to competitions for sub-University grades students. The 2016 FIBA Europe 3x3 Championships was the second edition of the European 3x3 basketball event that featured separate competitions for men's and women's national teams. The tournament started on 25 June 2016 with the first of the three qualifying tournaments and its final tournament was played in the AFI Cotroceni shopping mall in Bucharest, Romania between 2 and 4 September 2016. In the men's tournament, Slovenia won their first European championship title by beating Serbia in the final. Hungary also won their first European championship title in the women's tournament, by beating Romania in the final. Qualification The qualification events took place in the Summer of 2016. The 2014 FIBA Europe 3x3 Championships, hosted at the University Square in Bucharest, Romania, was the inaugural European 3x3 basketball event that featured separate competitions for men's and women's national teams. The tournament was held from 5 to 7 September 2014. In the final of the men's tournament, host Romania beat Slovenia to win their first European championship title.
