Amplified (band)
Amplified is a rock band consisting of three young boys from Hong Kong. While from Hong Kong, they are primarily known in Japan. They were discovered through Sony Music Japan's International Audition, and signed to the Sony subsidiary DefSTAR Records. Their debut single, "Mr. Raindrop" was used as the second ending theme for the anime ''Gintama''. Their debut album, ''Turn It Up!'', was released on 2 August 2006. Their second album, titled ''Sesh the Sweet Sounds,'' was released on 25 July 2007. The new lead track is named "Elevator". The music video was shot entirely inside a set of elevators in Tokyo. Amplified was the opening act for part of Ellegarden, Ellegarden's 2007 tour of Japan. Gintama
is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hideaki Sorachi. It was serialized in Shueisha's ''shōnen'' manga magazine ''Weekly Shōnen Jump'' from December 2003 to September 2018, later in ''Jump Giga'' from December 2018 to February 2019, and finished on the ''Gin Tama'' app, where it ran from May to June 2019. Its chapters were collected in 77 ''tankōbon'' volumes. Ellegarden
Ellegarden (stylized as ELLEGARDEN) is a Japanese rock band formed in December 1998 in Chiba, Japan. Ellegarden consists of drummer Hirotaka Takahashi, vocalist/guitarist Takeshi Hosomi, guitarist Shinichi Ubukata, and bassist Yuichi Takada. In 2008, Ellegarden announced an indefinite hiatus, which lasted almost 10 years. In May 2018, Ellegarden announced a reunion with their first national tour since the hiatus. Background The English lyrics of the band's songs, which are mostly written by Hosomi, are usually grammatically sound and well pronounced. The Chinese International School is a private international school in Hong Kong. In 1994 it was the sole international school in Hong Kong that used English and Mandarin at about the same amount of time each as media of instruction.
