''Amix World'' is the first remix album of Japanese singer Ami Suzuki, released in March 2006. Information Most of the DJs that participated on this album are well known in Japan, and some are known in Europe and the United States, such as Jonathan Peters and Ferry Corsten. The album was originally supposed to include only songs from Suzuki's first album under Avex, '' Around the World'', but it was later decided to also include a remix of her single "Fantastic", which was released the same time as this album. The album contains mainly trance and house music mixes, including seven remixes of the song "Around the World", plus remixes of Suzuki's previous singles " Delightful", "Eventful" and " Negaigoto". The remix of "Eventful" made by Bulldozzer was only previously released online by Avex and this is the first time that this remix appeared on an official disc. Ami Suzuki
is a Japanese recording artist, DJ, and actress from Zama, Kanagawa, Japan. Having been discovered at the talent TV show ''Asayan'', she was one of the most popular female teen idols in the late 1990s. However, in 2000, Suzuki faced legal problems with her management company resulting in a controversial blacklisting from the entertainment industry. Suzuki attempted to resurrect her career under her own steam with two indie singles before signing to Avex Trax in 2005. Nicolas Jean-Pierre Dresti (born 5 March 1975), better known by his stage name Space Cowboy, is a French-British singer-songwriter, DJ, and producer. "Around the World" is the fourth single released by Ami Suzuki under the record label, Avex Trax. Unlike her previous three singles, "Around the World" is a special limited edition single that only had 10,000 copies available for sale and only came in the CD format. It was released on the same day as her first album under Avex and also shared the same name. The single also contained a special photobook. As this single wasn't released in CD+DVD format, the music of "Around the World" was only available in the album. "Eventful" is a song by Japanese recording artist Ami Suzuki, from her fourth studio album '' Around The World'', first album under the Avex Trax label. Written by Suzuki and composed by Tohru Watanabe, it was released as her second single under the Avex label on May 25, 2005. "Delightful" is the first physical single released by Ami Suzuki under the label Avex Trax. It is commonly known as Suzuki's "comeback single", after 5 years of her previous major work. "Fantastic" is the sixth single released by Japanese singer Ami Suzuki under Avex Trax released on 8 February 2006, in three formats, the two traditional CD and CD+DVD edition versions with the B-side track, and a Limited Edition version without the B-side track. Information "Fantastic" is a trance-like song with a J-pop essence. The B-side, "Slow Motion", is a soft ballad tune. "Fantastic" was used as the opening for the anime television series ''Blackjack'', being the first song by Suzuki which appeared on an anime. Taking this step in her career, Avex expected to get more attention to Suzuki by anime fans, and so did Suzuki herself, and even more after the decrease of her single sales.
