Amir Amor
Amir Izadkhah, better known by his stage name Amir Amor, is an Iranian–English record producer, musician, singer and songwriter. From 2011 to 2022, he was a member of the drum and bass band Rudimental. Amor is the founder of London record label and recording studio Major Toms. His production and writing credits include Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, Charli XCX, Maxïmo Park, Peace, Yuck, Marina and the Diamonds, Wretch 32, Angel Haze and MNEK amongst many others. Samuel Frederick Smith (born 19 May 1992) is an English singer and songwriter. Music recording certification is a system of certifying that a music recording has shipped, sold, or streamed a certain number of units. MOBO Awards
The MOBO Awards (Music of Black Origin, also known as the MOBOs) are an annual British music award presentation honouring achievements in " music of black origin", including hip hop, grime, UK Drill, R&B, soul, reggae, jazz, gospel, and African music. The MOBO Organisation was founded by Kanya King, and the first MOBO award was presented to Baby D, in the Best Dance Act category. The inaugural awards were broadcast by Carlton Television from London's Connaught Rooms. Yuck (band)
Yuck was a rock band that originated in London, England in 2009. The band's final lineup was drummer Jonny Rogoff, guitarist Ed Hayes, bassist Mariko Doi, and lead vocalist/guitarist Max Bloom, who formerly played in the band Cajun Dance Party along with former Yuck member Daniel Blumberg. The band's self-titled debut album was released through Fat Possum on 21 February 2011 in the United Kingdom. Peace (band)
Peace are an English indie rock quartet, formed in Worcester. The band consists of brothers Harry (vocals, guitar) and Sam Koisser (bass), Doug Castle (guitar) and Dom Boyce (drums). The band began to receive critical acclaim in early 2012, from publications such as ''The Guardian'' and ''NME'', who compared them to The Maccabees, Foals, Wu Lyf and Vampire Weekend.
