Penne Percy Korth Peacock (born November 3, 1942) is an American diplomat. She graduated from the University of Texas in 1964 with a B.A. She is a commissioner of the U.S. Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy. Nominated in 1997, Korth Peacock previously served as Ambassador to Mauritius from 1989 to 1992. In 1993, Korth Peacock co-founded Firestone and Korth Ltd., a corporate consulting and events management firm in Washington, D.C. Ambassadors of the United States are persons nominated by the president to serve as the country's diplomatic representatives to foreign nations, international organizations, and as ambassadors-at-large.
