Alo Bärengrub (born 12 February 1984) is a retired Estonian professional footballer who played as a centre-back. Career Bärengrub was born in Kehtna, and made his first-team debut for Lelle in Estonia's second division Esiliiga at the age of 16 in 2000. A year later he joined to Valga. After four seasons he moved to Flora in 2004 and, almost instantly, became an important player at the club. At the age of 23, after four seasons in Flora, Bärengrub moved abroad. In January 2008, he signed a 4-year contract with Norwegian Tippeligaen club Bodø/Glimt. Bärengrub played his first Tippeligaen match on 30 March 2008, in a 2–0 win against HamKam. Alo Mattiisen (22 April 1961 – 30 May 1996) was an Estonian musician and composer. One of the most famous melodies that he composed was a patriotic song titled "No land is alone", with lyrics written by the Estonian poet Jüri Leesment. Several other of his patriotic compositions became staples for the Singing Revolution including the ‘Five Patriotic Songs’ series. Alo Suurna (until 1936 Albert Schultz; 9 May 1913 – 8 December 2008) was an Estonian basketball player. He was born in Tartu. 1934-1935 he studied forestry, and 1935–1938 economy at Tartu University. He began playing basketball in 1928, coached by Herbert Niiler. He played at the club Tartu NMKÜ, which won Estonian championships in 1934, 1936 and 1937. 1939 he was basketball coach in Finland, and was also a member of Finland men's national basketball team.
