The Alliance of Resuming British Sovereignty over Hong Kong and Independence (; RBSI) is a localist political party in Hong Kong. The party aims to repeal the Sino-British Joint Declaration, resume British sovereignty, then make Hong Kong an independent state. Platform The party does not recognise the Sino-British Joint Declaration and their identity as ethnic Chinese. It defines a Hong Kong national as someone born to parents who had gained right of abode in the city before 1997. It calls for a 10 per cent sales tax for all “non-Hong Kong” shoppers, cancellation of the one-way permit system to halt an influx of mainland migrants, dumping all books written in simplified Chinese characters in public libraries, and awarding infrastructure projects to Britain in exchange for military protection by the British Commonwealth. Admiralty is the eastern extension of the central business district (adjacent to, but separate from, Central) on the Hong Kong Island of Hong Kong. The Hong Kong National Party was a localist political party in Hong Kong. It was the first political party in Hong Kong to advocate for Hong Kong independence. The Hong Kong National Party is also the first political party to be outlawed since Hong Kong's 1997 handover to China. Geographical Constituency
In Hong Kong, geographical constituencies, as opposed to functional constituencies, are elected by all eligible voters according to geographically demarcated constituencies. There are currently 5 geographical constituencies in Hong Kong, returning 35 members to the Legislative Council. Following the 2021 electoral reforms passed by the Standing Committee of the mainland National People's Congress, the number of members returned by geographical constituencies would be lowered to 20, while the total number of seats in the Legislative Council would be increased to 90. Su Beng (9 November 1918 – 20 September 2019; ), born Lin Chao-hui () and later known as Shih Chao-hui (), was a Taiwanese political activist of Taiwan independence movement.
