Allenby is a neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is a primarily residential neighbourhood within the boundaries of Latimer Avenue to the west, Briar Hill Avenue to the north, Avenue Road to the east and Eglinton Avenue West to the south. Avenue Road is a major north–south street in Toronto, Ontario. Eglinton Avenue is a major east–west arterial thoroughfare in Toronto and Mississauga in the Canadian province of Ontario. The street begins at Highway 407 (but does not interchange with the tollway) at the western limits of Mississauga, as a continuation of Lower Baseline in Milton. Wyandot People
The Wyandot people, or Wyandotte and Waⁿdát, are Indigenous peoples of the Northeastern Woodlands. The Wyandot are Iroquoian Indigenous peoples of North America who emerged as a confederacy of tribes around the north shore of Lake Ontario with their original homeland extending to Georgian Bay of Lake Huron and Lake Simcoe in Ontario, Canada and occupying some territory around the western part of the lake. The Wyandot, not to be mistaken for the Huron-Wendat, predominantly descend from the Tionontati tribe. The Tionontati (or Tobacco/Petun people) never belonged to the Huron (Wendat) Confederacy. Field Marshal Edmund Henry Hynman Allenby, 1st Viscount Allenby, (23 April 1861 – 14 May 1936) was a senior British Army officer and Imperial Governor. Glen Park is a neighbourhood in the city of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, located in the district of North York. It is bounded by Lawrence Avenue to the north, Bathurst Street, Toronto, Bathurst Street to the east, a line south of Stayner Avenue to the south, and the Canadian National Railway, CNR tracks to the west.
