Per ''Rickard'' Arvid Sjöberg, (born 12 August 1969) is a Swedish journalist, television presenter and game show host. Since 2005 he is the presenter of TV4's '' Postkodmiljonären''. Sjöberg was born in Södertälje but grew up in Tyresö, between 1991 and 1994, he studied journalist at Södra Vätterbydgens folkhögskola in Jönköping. TV4 (''TV fyra'') is a Swedish free-to-air television network owned by TV4 AB, a subsidiary of the TV4 Media AB. It started broadcasting by satellite in 1990 and, since 1992, on terrestrial television. In 1994, TV4 became the largest channel and remained so for a number of years. The two channels of Sveriges Television (SVT) lost more and more viewers for a couple of years. After making schedule changes in 2001, SVT1 had practically the same numbers of viewers as TV4. ''Bingolotto'' is a Swedish primetime television game show lottery that was first broadcast 1989 on local TV and since 1991 nationwide on the Swedish network TV4. The show is a collaboration work between Swedish TV channel TV4, the Swedish lottery game company Folkspel and the Swedish sports life. The show premiered on 16 January 1989 on the local TV channel Kållevisionen with the highly popular Leif "Loket" Olsson as show host.
