All You Need Is Luv'
''All You Need Is Luv is the final studio album by Dutch girl group Luv' released in 1994 by Roman Disc and only available in Kruidvat stores in the Netherlands. It was reissued in 1995 and 2021. History In 1993, the original Luv' trio (José Hoebee, Patty Brard and Marga Scheide) made a comeback. Their '' Luv' Gold'' (1993) compilation sold 40.000 copies in the Netherlands and Belgium. They went on a promo tour through Benelux, Germany, Switzerland and Denmark. In late 1993, Luv' decided to record new material. Piet Souer and Martin Duiser assisted by Koen van Baal supervised the recording sessions. Souer is familiar to the group's public as Hans van Hemert and he wrote the whole Luv' repertoire in their heyday. Duiser was an acclaimed artist as he was involved in the world-famous Stars on 45 productions. "All You Need Is Love" is a song by the English rock band the Beatles that was released as a non-album single in July 1967. It was written by John Lennon and credited to the Lennon–McCartney partnership. The song was Britain's contribution to '' Our World'', the first live global television link, for which the band were filmed performing it at EMI Studios in London on 25 June. The programme was broadcast via satellite and seen by an audience of over 400 million in 25 countries. Popular music in the 1990s saw the continuation of teen pop and dance-pop trends which had emerged in the 1970s and 1980s. Blaricum () is a municipality and village in the province of North Holland, the Netherlands. Bolland & Bolland are two Dutch music producers and brothers, Rob Bolland (born 17 April 1955) and Ferdi Bolland (born on 5 August 1956). They were born in Port Elizabeth in South Africa. Career They produced and wrote for such artists as Falco (including his Number 1 hit "Rock Me Amadeus"), Samantha Fox ("Love House"), and wrote the Status Quo hit " In the Army Now" – which they released under their own name in 1981 and which was also recorded by Gerard Joling. Marco Roberto Borsato (; born 21 December 1966) is a Dutch singer. Born in Alkmaar, North Holland, he started performing in Italian before switching to Dutch in 1994. He has consistently been one of the most successful and biggest grossing artists in the Netherlands and Belgium for the past thirty years. Borsato achieved 15 number-one singles in the Netherlands, the second-most all time behind The Beatles' 16. In 1994, his song "Dromen Zijn Bedrog" spent a then-record 12 weeks at number one, a feat which stood for 17 years. It still remains the longest-running Dutch language number-one song ever. Scorpions are a German rock band formed in Hanover in 1965 by guitarist Rudolf Schenker. Since the band's inception, its musical style has ranged from hard rock, heavy metal and glam metal to soft rock. The lineup from 1978 to 1992 was the most successful incarnation of the group, and included Klaus Meine (vocals), Rudolf Schenker (rhythm guitar), Matthias Jabs (lead guitar), Francis Buchholz (bass), and Herman Rarebell (drums). Stars on 45 was a Dutch novelty pop act that was successful in Europe, the United States, and Australia in the early 1980s. The group later shortened its name to Stars On in the U.S., while in the UK and Ireland it was known as Starsound (aka Star Sound). The band, which consisted solely of studio session musicians under the direction of Jaap Eggermont, formerly of Golden Earring, recorded medley recordings made by recreating hit songs as faithfully as possible and joining them together with a common tempo and underlying drum track.
