Moses Godia Shipi (born March 2, 1979) is a Nigerian Businessperson, businessman and politician. He served as a personal assistant to the former governor of Bauchi state Alh. (Dr). Isa Yuguda, Malam Isa Yuguda. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was established in 1998 and is the electoral body which oversees elections in Nigeria.
