Aljoscha Thron (born 15 June 1987) is a German former professional tennis player. Thron won a Junior Davis Cup title with Germany in 2003, as a teammate of Mischa Zverev and Matthias Bachinger. He was a boys' doubles semi-finalist at the 2005 French Open, partnering Kim Sun-yong. On the ATP Tour, Thron made singles main draws at the 2005 Stuttgart Open and 2005 Ho Chi Minh City Open. Tennis is a racket sport that is played either individually against a single opponent ( singles) or between two teams of two players each ( doubles). Mikhail "Mischa" Alexandrovich Zverev (russian: Михаил "Миша" Александрович Зверев, , ; born 22 August 1987) is a German professional tennis player born in Russia. He achieved a career-high singles ranking of world No. 25 on 24 July 2017. Matthias Bachinger (born 2 April 1987) is a professional tennis player from Germany who turned professional in 2005. His career-high singles ranking is world No. 85, achieved in August 2011. Professional career In 2007, Bachinger qualified for his first ATP tournament, the 2007 BMW Open. Bachinger won in the first round against Andreas Beck 6–2, 7–6, 7–5 before losing to Marcos Baghdatis in the second round 6–7, 2–6, 4–6. The 2005 French Open was the 109th edition of the tournament. Kim Sun-yong (born 26 May 1987) is a South Korean former professional tennis player. Kim, who was born in Seoul, won the junior doubles title at the 2005 Australian Open, partnering Taiwan's Yi Chu-huan. He was runner-up in the boys' singles event to Donald Young and was also a singles semi-finalist at the 2005 US Open juniors. She has been ranked as high as world No. 1, for a total of 34 weeks, and won three major titles at the 2016 Australian Open, the 2016 US Open, and the 2018 Wimbledon Championships. The Bad Homburg Open is a women's professional tennis tournament held on outdoor grass courts at the Bad Homburg Tennis Club in Bad Homburg, Germany.
