Alioum Saidou
Alioum Saidou (born 19 February 1978) is a Cameroonian former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. He played international football for the Cameroon national team, with whom he played at the 2006 Africa Cup of Nations. Career Born in Maroua, Saidou started his career in his native Cameroon at local side Coton Sport before being spotted by scouts from İstanbulspor. He joined Galatasaray S.K., before moving to Malatyaspor in 2005. Maroua
Maroua (Fula: Marwa 𞤥𞤢𞤪𞤱𞤢) is the capital of the Far North Region of Cameroon, stretching along the banks of the Ferngo and Kaliao Rivers, in the foothills of the Mandara Mountains. The city had 301,371 inhabitants at the 2005 Census mainly Fulbe/Fulani ethnic group. History The city was occupied by the Guiziga in the 17th century and the Mofu in the 18th century. The Maroua Declaration, a maritime boundary agreement between Nigeria and Cameroon, was signed in Maroua on 1 June 1975. Kayseri Spor Kulübü, commonly known as Kayserispor, is a Turkish professional football club based in Kayseri. They play their home matches at the Kadir Has Stadium in red and yellow kits. Malatya Spor Kulübü is a Turkish sports club based in Malatya, mainly concentrated on football. Previously their colors were yellow and black (prior to 1984).
