Ali Yousif
Ali Yousif Hashim Najatee ( ar, علي يوسف هاشم; born 19 January 1996), known as Ali Yousif, is an Iraqi professional footballer who plays as a forward for Sanat Naft Abadan F.C. and the Iraqi national team. Coming up through the youth ranks at Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, Yousif broke into the first team in 2014, aged 18, and spent his early career with the Iraqi giants, spending the 2016-17 season out on loan at Naft Al-Wasat and Baghdad FC before returning to his parent club and establishing himself as a key player for them, winning the AFC Cup twice with the falcons, in 2017 and 2018. In 2019, he signed for defending champions Al-Shorta, allowing Yousif to play in the AFC Champions League for the first time in his career. Al-Shorta SC
Al-Shorta Sports Club ( ar, نادي الشرطة الرياضي, lit=''Police Sports Club'') is an Iraqi sports club based in Al-Rusafa, Baghdad. It has teams in 17 different sports, more than any other Iraqi club, and the best known section of the club is the football team, whose origins date back to 1932. In 1974, following the Iraq Football Association's decision to implement a clubs-only policy for domestic competitions, Al-Shorta were established as a sports club. Mohanad Ali Kadhim Al-Shammari ( ar, مهند علي كاظم الشمري, born 20 June 2000), commonly known in Iraq as Mimi ( ar, ميمي), is an Iraqi professional footballer who plays as a forward for Qatari club Al-Sailiya, on loan from Al-Duhail, and the Iraq national team. He is known for his positioning, shooting, heading, close ball control and dribbling. The 2019 Iraqi Super Cup was the 9th edition of the Iraqi Super Cup. The match was contested between the Baghdad rivals, Al-Shorta and Al-Zawraa, at Al-Kut Olympic Stadium in Kut. The Iraqi Super Cup ( ar, كأس السوبر العراقي), previously called Iraqi Perseverance Cup ( ar, كأس المثابرة العراقي), is Iraqi football's annual match contested between the champions of the previous Iraqi Premier League season and the holders of the Iraq FA Cup. If the Premier League champions also won the FA Cup then the league runners-up provide the opposition. The fixture is a recognised football super cup. The 2021–22 Iraqi Premier League is the 48th season of the Iraqi Premier League, the highest tier football league in Iraq, since its establishment in 1974. The season started on 20 September 2021 and will end on 29 May 2022. Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya are the defending champions after winning their seventh title last season. The Qatar national football team ( ar, منتخب قطر لكرة القدم) represents Qatar in international football, and is controlled by the Qatar Football Association and AFC.
