Alghadeer
Alghadeer is a property development on the eastern border of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, on the border between the city and Dubai. It is part of the wider Saih Al Sidirah development. It is to be a fully self-contained community. The community includes a mosque, retail space, parks and an international school. Sorouh Real Estate PJSC of Abu Dhabi was one of the largest real estate developers in the UAE with over AED 70 billion (US$19 billion) worth of projects under development. In June 2013, it merged with Aldar Properties. Sorouh developed commercial and residential properties.
