Alexey Vasilyev (racing Driver)
Aleksey Igorevich Vasilyev ( rus, Алексе́й И́горевич Васи́льев, p=ɐlʲɪkˈsʲej ˈiɡərʲɪvʲɪtɕ vɐˈsʲɪlʲjɪf; born 13 January 1972) is a Russian auto racing driver. Career Vasilyev began karting in 1984 and raced primarily in his native Soviet Union for the majority of his early career, finishing as runner-up in the USSR championship in 1989. From 1990 to 2000 he raced in Russian touring car championships, winning three championship titles in the Tourism-1600 category. In 2000 he debuted internationally, competing in the N-GT class of the FIA GT Championship for Freisinger Motorsport alongside another Russian driver Nikolai Fomenko. After the 2001 season, he and Fomenko switched to RWS Motorsport for next two successive years. In 2002, Vasilyev scored his first point at Donington. Bankas Snoras AB or simply SNORAS (, ) was a commercial bank, founded in Lithuania operating in all three Baltic states. It was a member of the financial group Konversbank and was listed on the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange. On November 16, 2011, 100% of the bank shares were nationalized by the Lithuanian government and the bank was placed into temporary administration. On November 24, the bank was declared bankrupt. The 2006 Dakar Rally, also known as the 2006 Paris-Dakar Rally, was the 28th running of the Dakar Rally event. The 2006 event ran from 31 December 2005 to 15 January 2006. It started from Lisbon, Portugal, and passed through Spain, Morocco, Mali, Mauritania, Guinea, before finishing in Senegal. The 73rd 24 Hours of Le Mans (french: link=no, 73e 24 Heures du Mans) was a non-championship 24-hour automobile endurance race held for Le Mans Prototype and Grand Touring cars from 18 to 19 June 2005 at the Circuit de la Sarthe close by Le Mans, France. The 2002 FIA GT Championship was the sixth season of the FIA GT Championship, an auto racing series regulated by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) and organized by the Stéphane Ratel Organisation (SRO).
