Alex Haydon
Alex Haydon also known as Alexandra Haydon (born 25 July 2001) is an Australian professional squash player. She made her maiden Commonwealth Games appearance representing Australia at the 2022 Commonwealth Games. She has won the Australian National Junior Squash Championships on seven occasions with all of them being on a consecutive basis from 2013 to 2019. She achieved her highest career PSA world rankings of 67 on 29 July 2024 during the 2023–24 PSA World Tour. Early life She was born and grew up in the Clare Valley, South Australia. Career She began playing the sport of squash at the age of eight in the Clare Squash Club and her interest in squash emerged as a result of the support she received from her parents and her entire family. Georgina Kennedy
Georgina Kennedy (born 3 April 1997) is an English professional squash player. In August 2022, ranked number 8 in the world, she became the first Englishwoman to win a Commonwealth Games squash singles title. In September 2023, Kennedy achieved her highest world ranking to date: number 6. Early life Raised in Beckenham in southeast London, Kennedy attended Langley Park School for Girls and was a promising runner, ranked number one in England for the 1500 metres at U12 level, and training with sprint star Dina Asher-Smith at Blackheath and Bromley Harriers. The 2022 Commonwealth Games, officially known as the XXII Commonwealth Games and commonly known as Birmingham 2022, was an international multi-sport event for members of the Commonwealth of Nations that took place in Birmingham, England between 28 July and 8 August 2022. The 2022 World Games were an international multi-sport event held from July 7 to 17, 2022, in Birmingham, Alabama, United States. 2022 Women's World Team Squash Championships
The 2022 Women's World Team Squash Championships was the women's edition of the 2022 World Team Squash Championships, which serves as the world team championship for squash players. The event, held at the Madinaty Sports Club in Cairo, took place from 10 to 16 December 2022. The tournament was organised by the World Squash Federation. The Egypt team won its fifth World Team Championships, beating the United States team in the final. Two teams made debuts at the championship, with Chinese Taipei and Ukraine appearing for the first time. Rachael Grinham
Rachael Margaret Grinham (born 22 January 1977 in Toowoomba, Queensland) is an Australian professional squash player. She won the World Open in 2007, and the British Open in 2003, 2004, 2007 and 2009. She reached the World No. 1 ranking in August 2004 and held it for 16 consecutive months. Career Early years Rachael has a great pedigree as a squash player. Winner of the World Junior title in 1993 aged 16, she had an opportunity to defend in 1995, but was beaten by Jade Wilson from New Zealand in the final. Zac Alexander (born 11 February 1989) is a professional squash player who represented Australia. He reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 36 in September 2012 and has won a total of 26 PSA titles. Zac won a gold medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast teamed with David Palmer defeating Daryl Selby and Adrian Waller of England (11–9, 3-11, 11-6).
