Alex James Dyer (born 11 June 1990) is a Montserratian association football, footballer who plays as a midfielder for Wealdstone F.C., Wealdstone. He represents Montserrat national football team, Montserrat internationally. Club career Dyer is a product of the Northampton Town F.C., Northampton Town's youth system and agreed a professional contract in 2007. In April 2008 he was awarded 'League Two Apprentice of the Month'. He made his debut on 29 August 2007 in a 2–0 Football League Cup, League Cup defeat to Middlesbrough F.C., Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium, and scored his first goal in a 2–1 win against Luton Town F.C., Luton Town the same 2007-08 in English football, season. The Riverside Stadium is a football stadium in Middlesbrough, England, which has been the home of Middlesbrough since it opened in 1995. Its current capacity is 34,742, all seated, although there is provisional planning permission in place to expand that to 42,000 if required. History The stadium was built to replace Ayresome Park after the Taylor Report, which required all top division football stadiums to be all-seater. After the report was delivered in January 1990, Middlesbrough needed an all-seater stadium by August 1994, and were unable to expand Ayresome Park outwards owing to its location in a residential area, and expanding the stadium upwards would have limited the club to a capacity of around 20,000 seats – the club wanted a considerably larger capacity. The National League South, formerly Conference South, is one of the second divisions of the National League in England, immediately below the top division National League. Along with National League North, it is in the second level of the National League System, and is the sixth tier overall of the English football league system. Michael Edward Jacobs (born 4 November 1991) is an English professional footballer who plays as a left-winger for League One club Portsmouth. He began his career at Northampton Town, making his professional debut in 2009 and winning back-to-back Player of the Season awards in 2011 and 2012. He moved to Championship side Derby County in June 2012 for a fee of around £400,000, before signing for Wolverhampton Wanderers in January 2014 after a successful loan period. Ian Sampson (born 14 November 1968 in Wakefield) is an English former footballer. He played as a defender for Goole Town, Sunderland, Northampton Town and Tottenham Hotspur. Following his retirement Sampson rejoined Northampton initially working in the youth setup before going to manage the club from 2009 until 2011.
