Alessandro Casillo
Alessandro Andrea Casillo (born 15 June 1996) is an Italian singer, launched by the talent show Io Canto. In 2012 he won the Sixty-second edition of the Sanremo Music Festival in the Youth category, with the song ''È vero (che ci sei)''. Career In 2010, at the age of 14, Casillo participated in the television program ''Io Canto'' hosted by Gerry Scotti. During the program he became part of the boy band group ''Gimme Five''. On 31 May 2011 he released his first EP titled ''Raccontami chi sei'', which was produced by GPM, RTI Music. The EP contains five songs written his brothers Matteo, Emiliano and Maurizio Bassi. One of the songs of the EP was premiered on May 28 at the Wind Music Awards. He was a SanremoSocial winner of the Sanremo Music Festival 2012, having sung ''È vero (che ci sei)'' (English: It is true (you're there)). Pop Rock

''Io canto'' (English: "''I Sing''") is the ninth studio album by Italian singer Laura Pausini, released by Warner Music on 10 November 2006. On 14 November, Warner Music released ''Io canto''s Spanish-language edition ''Yo canto'' for the hispanophone market. ''Yo canto–Io canto'' is a limited-edition double album featuring both the Italian– and Spanish-language editions. This marks the first instance in Pausini's multilingual music career in which both editions are offered in a single release. The Sanremo Music Festival 2012 was the 62nd annual Sanremo Music Festival. It was held at the Teatro Ariston in Sanremo, province of Imperia, during the five nights between 14 February 2012 and 18 February 2012, and it was broadcast by Rai 1. The show, presented by Gianni Morandi with Ivana Mrazova and Rocco Papaleo, was a competition divided in two different sections. The "Big Artists Section", including 14 established Italian artists performing a previously unreleased song, was won by Emma Marrone with "Non è l'inferno". Gerry Scotti (born Virginio Scotti on 7 August 1956) is an Italian television presenter, actor and former member of the Italian Parliament. Early years Scotti was born Virginio Scotti on 7 August 1956 in Miradolo Terme, Pavia. Baltimora was an Italian music project from Milan, active from 1984 to 1987. They are best known for their 1985 single "Tarzan Boy" and are often considered a one-hit wonder in the United Kingdom and the United States.
