Aleppo International Stadium
The Aleppo International Stadium ( ar, ملعب حلب الدولي) is an Olympic-standard, multi-use, all-covered and all-seater stadium in the Syrian city of Aleppo. It is the largest stadium in Syria, and is currently used mostly for football matches. It serves as a home ground of Al-Ittihad football club. It also hosted some home games of the Syrian national football team. The stadium was opened in 2007 and holds up to 53,200 spectators. The venue is located near the al-Hamadaniah Sports City in the southwestern part of Aleppo. Salaheddine District ( ar, حَيّ صَلَاحُ الدِّين, Ḥayy Ṣalāḥu d-Dīn) is a district in the southern part of the city of Aleppo, Syria. Abdulkader Dakka ( ar, عبد القادر دكة; born 10 January 1985 in Latakia, Syria) is a Syrian footballer. He currently plays for Al-Wahda, which competes in the Syrian Premier League the top division in Syria. The 2010 AFC Cup was the 7th edition of the competition, played between clubs from nations who are members of the Asian Football Confederation. The Knockout stage of the competition was held following the completion of the Qualifying competition. The 2010 AFC Cup was the seventh edition of the AFC Cup, playing between clubs from nations who are members of the Asian Football Confederation. Deniz Barış (born 2 July 1977) is a Turkish former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder or centre-back.
