Aleksei Pushkarev
Aleksei Sergeyevich Pushkarev (russian: Алексей Сергеевич Пушкарёв; born 4 November 1986), also known as Aleksey Pushkaryov, is a Russian bobsledder. Career Pushkarev competed in the 2014 Winter Olympics for Russia. He teamed with driver Alexander Kasjanov, Maxim Belugin and Ilvir Huzin as the Russia-2 bobsledding team in the four-man event, finishing fourth, missing out on the bronze medal position by three-hundredths of a second. As of April 2014, his best showing at the World Championships is 11th, coming in the four-man event in 2013. The 2013–14 Bobsleigh World Cup was a multi-race tournament over the winter season for bobsleigh, organised by the FIBT, which also organised in parallel the 2013–14 Skeleton World Cup. The season started on 30 November 2013 in Calgary, Canada, and ended on 26 January 2014 in Königssee, Germany. Calendar Below is the schedule of the 2013/14 season. This edition was covering eight events on seven different tracks in five countries. Lake Placid is a village in the Adirondack Mountains in Essex County, New York, United States. As of the 2020 census, the population was 2,303. Dmitry Trunenkov
Dmitry Vyacheslavovich Trunenkov (russian: Дмитрий Вячеславович Труненков; born 19 April 1984) is a Russian bobsledder who has competed since the early 2000s. Career He won the silver medal in the four-man event at the 2008 FIBT World Championships in Altenberg, Germany. He won a gold medal at the 2009 Bobsleigh European Championship in St. Moritz, Switzerland and three European silver medals, all in the four-man event. Trunenkov originally took up sprinting whilst at university before switching to bobsleigh at the age of 21. At the 2010 Winter Olympics, Trunenkov crashed during the four-man event. Trunenkov has a degree in industrial and civil construction from Krasnoyarsk State Academy of Architecture and Construction, which became part of the Siberian Federal University in 2006.
