Aleksandar Rašić
Aleksandar Rašić ( sr, Александар Рашић; born March 16, 1984) is a Serbian former professional basketball player. He represented the Serbia national basketball team internationally. Professional career Rašić began his professional career during the 2003–04 season with Borac Čačak. He then moved to FMP Zeleznik. In March 2007, he signed with the Turkish team Efes Pilsen, where he stayed for the rest of the season. In August 2007, he signed a two-year deal with the Russian team Dynamo Moscow. In November 2007 he was released by Dynamo. In November 2007, he signed with the German team ALBA Berlin for the remainder of the season. With them he won the Bundesliga. In July 2008, he returned to Serbia and signed with Partizan. In September 2010, he signed with the Turkish team Trabzonspor. 2010 FIBA World Championship
The 2010 FIBA World Championship was the 16th FIBA World Championship, the international basketball world championship contested by the men's national teams. The tournament ran from 28 August to 12 September 2010. It was co-organised by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA), Turkish Basketball Federation and the 2010 Organising Committee. It was considered as prestigious a competition as the Olympic Basketball Tournament. The tournament was hosted by Turkey. For the third time (after the 1986 and 2006 tournaments), the World Championship had 24 competing nations. As a result, the group stage games were played in four cities, and the knockout round was hosted by Istanbul. The 2016–17 Liga Națională season was the 67th season of the Liga Națională (men's basketball), Liga Națională, the highest professional basketball league in Romania. The Lega Basket Serie A (LBA) is a professional men's club basketball league that has been organised in Italy since 1920. The Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) (English language: ''Federal Basketball League''), for sponsorship reasons named easyCredit BBL, is the highest level league of professional club basketball in Germany. The league comprises 18 teams. A BBL season is split into a league stage and a playoff stage.
