Alberto Escassi
Alberto Escassi Oliva (born 28 February 1989) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as either a central defender or a defensive midfielder. Club career Escassi was born in Málaga, Andalusia. After playing for two other clubs as a youth, including hometown's Málaga CF, he finished his football development with Getafe CF, making his senior debut in 2008 and helping the reserves to promote to Segunda División B for the first time ever in his second year. On 13 April 2010, Escassi made his first-team – and La Liga – debut, replacing veteran Javier Casquero in the dying minutes of a 3–0 home win over Villarreal CF. On 16 December he appeared in that season's UEFA Europa League against BSC Young Boys, with the Madrid side winning 1–0 but being eliminated in the group stage. Málaga (, ) is a municipality of Spain, capital of the Province of Málaga, in the autonomous community of Andalusia. Substitute (association Football)
In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. Prior to this most games were played with no changes permitted at all, with occasional exceptions in cases of extreme injury or players not arriving to matches on time. The number of substitutes has risen over time as well as the number of reserve players allowed to be nominated. Adrián Sardinero Corpa (born 13 October 1990) is a Spanish footballer who plays for Australian club Perth Glory FC as a winger. Club career Sardinero was born in Leganés, Madrid. After emerging through local Getafe CF's youth ranks, he made his senior debut in 2008, helping the B team to promote to Segunda División B for the first time ever in his second year. The 2011–12 Segunda División season (known as the Liga Adelante for sponsorship reasons) was the 81st since its establishment. The first matches of the season were played on 26 August 2011 after the Association of Spanish Footballers (AFE) called a strike, the regular league ended on 3 June 2012, while the entire season ended on 16 June 2012 with the promotion play-off finals. The 2010–11 UEFA Europa League was the second season of the UEFA Europa League, Europe's secondary club football tournament organised by UEFA, and the 40th edition overall including its predecessor, the UEFA Cup.
