Alarm (gamer)
Kim Kyeong-bo (, July 21, 2001 – November 2021), better known by his online alias Alarm, was a South Korean professional ''Overwatch'' support player in the Overwatch League (OWL). He began his career in 2016, signing with BK Stars, and later played for Lunatic-Hai and Fusion University of Overwatch Contenders (OWC). In his time with Fusion University, Kim won four OWC regional championships and won the OWC interregional Atlantic Showdown tournament. Kim signed with the Philadelphia Fusion of the OWL ahead of the 2020 season. He was named the OWL's Rookie of the Year, nominated for the league's Most Valuable Player award, named a 2020 All-Star, and awarded with a Role Star commendation that year. Uprising Academy is an American esports team for the video game ''Overwatch'' competing in Overwatch Contenders (OWC) and an academy team for the Boston Uprising of the Overwatch League (OWL). The franchise played its first four seasons as Toronto Esports; shortly after being purchased by the Kraft Group, the team rebranded as Uprising Academy due to a naming rights issue with Toronto Defiant. Kim Hyo-jong (), better known by Haksal, is a retired professional South Korean ''Overwatch'' player. During his career, he was best known for his play on the damage hero Genji and support hero Brigitte. He played in the Overwatch League (OWL) for the Vancouver Titans and New York Excelsior and in Overwatch Apex and Overwatch Contenders for team RunAway. Kim began his professional ''Overwatch'' career playing for RunAway in Overwatch Apex, a tournament series in South Korea. He played in all four seasons of the Apex and was named the most valuable player in its fourth season. 2020 Overwatch League Playoffs
The 2020 Overwatch League playoffs was the postseason tournament of the 2020 Overwatch League regular season, which began on September 3 and concluded with the 2020 Grand Finals, the third championship match of the Overwatch League (OWL), on October 10. Twelve teams competed in the OWL Playoffs, which was broken down into two double-elimination regional tournaments, the North America Bracket and Asia Bracket, that culminated into the double-elimination Grand Finals Bracket. The winner of each round of the playoffs was determined by a single-match. The final two teams remaining in the tournament advanced to the Grand Finals.
