Alain Kan
Alain Kan (born 14 September 1947), is a French singer who disappeared on 14 April 1990. Early life Born Alain Michel Zisa in Paris, France, on 14 September 1947. Kan was raised by his mother and stepfather, and grew up with his stepsister Véronique, seven years older than him. "Kan" is the surname of his stepfather, Kan never knew his biological father. Music career In the spring of 1963, at the age of 18, Kan released his first 45 rpm at Pathé-Marconi, "Si l'amore" (written by Bob du Pac and Jean-Louis Chauby) on the A-side, and "Quand tu reviendras" (written by Michel Jourdan and Danyel Gérard) on the B-side. The following year, in 1964, he released three 4-track EPs from Decca, mostly consisting of covers of American and Canadian singers, including Paul Anka. Rue de la Pompe () is a station on line 9 of the Paris Métro, named after the Rue de la Pompe. The station opened on 8 November 1922 with the opening of the first section of the line from Trocadéro to Exelmans. This Passy street is mentioned in the archives of 1730 as a way of skirting the walls of the ''Château de la Muette''. It led to one of the gates in the wall surrounding the Bois de Boulogne. It was called the old path, but was transformed at the end of the 18th century into a street and was named after the pump (French: pompe) that supplied water to the Château de la Muette. A missing person is a person who has disappeared and whose status as alive or dead cannot be confirmed as their location and condition are unknown. Christophe (singer)
Daniel Bevilacqua (, ; 13 October 1945 – 16 April 2020), better known by the stage name Christophe (), was a French singer and songwriter. He was born in the Paris suburb of Juvisy-sur-Orge, to an Italian father. Career Born in a suburb of Paris, Bevilacqua was rebellious at school and started leading a pop group when in his mid-teens. His first single, "Reviens Sophie" in 1963, was unsuccessful, but after changing his name to Christophe, his second single, " Aline", in 1965, rose to the top of the French pop music charts. He continued to have success in France through the 1960s and early 1970s. His hits include the songs "Marionettes", "J'ai entendu la mer", "Excusez-moi Monsieur le Professeur", and "Oh!... Mon Amour" which he sang in French and Italian. After a small break, he returned in 1971, with Francis Dreyfus launching the Motors record label (Disques Motors) and becoming the producer of Christophe records.
