Akshay Pratap Singh
Akshay Pratap Singh alias Gopal Bhaiya (born 14 April 1970) is an List of political parties in India, Indian politician from Pratapgarh (Lok Sabha constituency) in Uttar Pradesh. He is the member of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council. Political career He won the Pratapgarh (Lok Sabha constituency), Pratapgarh seat in 2004 Indian general elections, 2004 from Samajwadi Party. However, he lost the 2009 Indian general elections to Rajkumari (princess) Ratna Singh. In April 2022 at Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council, Uttar Pradesh Member of Legislative Council election he defeated Bharatiya Janata Party, BJP candidate Haripratap Singh by a margin of 1,091 and becoming Member of Legislative Council, MLC for the fifth time at Pratapgarh (Lok Sabha constituency), Pratapgarh. Amethi District
Amethi district is the 72nd district of the state of Uttar Pradesh in northern India. This district is a part of Faizabad division (officially ''Ayodhya division'') in the Awadh region of the Uttar Pradesh. It covers an area of 2329.11 km². Gauriganj is the administrative headquarters of the district. It is better known due to being the seat of power of the Indian Nehru-Gandhi political dynasty since 1980. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is the premier investigating agency of India. It operates under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions.
