Ajapnyak
Ajapnyak ( hy, Աջափնյակ վարչական շրջան, translit=Ajapnyak varčakan šrĵan), is one of the 12 districts of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. Located to the northwest of the city centre, Ajapnyak has common borders with the districts of Arabkir from the east, Davtashen from the north, Kentron from the southeast, and Malatia-Sebastia from the south. Hrazdan River forms the natural border of the district from the east. Ajapnyak has also common borders with the provinces of Armavir and Aragatsotn from the west, and Kotayk from the north. Overview With an area of 25 km² (11.21% of Yerevan city area), Ajapnyak is the 4th-largest district of Yerevan in terms of area. ''Ajapnyak'' literally means ''right bank'' in Armenian, which refers to the location of the district on the right bank of Hrazdan River. Buenos Aires Park ( hy, Բուենոս Այրեսի այգի (''Buenos Ayresi aygi'')) is a public park in the Ajapnyak District of Yerevan, Armenia. Davtashen ( hy, Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջան, translit=Davtašen varčakan šrĵan), also known as Davitashen or Davidashen, is one of the 12 districts of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. Located on the right bank of Hrazdan River, Davtashen is bordered by the districts of Ajapnyak and Arabkir from the south, and the Kotayk Province from the north. Kentron District
Kentron ( hy, Կենտրոն վարչական շրջան, translit=Kentron varčakan šrĵan), is one of the Districts of Yerevan, 12 districts of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. It comprises the downtown, the commercial centre of the city. As of the 2011 census, the district has a population of 125,453. Arabkir ( hy, Արաբկիր վարչական շրջան), is one of the 12 districts of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. Malatia-Sebastia District
Malatia-Sebastia ( hy, Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջան, ), also nicknamed colloquially as Bangladesh, is one of the 12 districts of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, located in the western part of the city. As of the 2011 census, the district has a population of 132,900.
