Ahuntsic Station (Exo)
Ahunstic station is a commuter rail station operated by Exo in the borough of Ahuntsic-Cartierville, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is served by the Mascouche line. Overview The station is located just north of Marché Central. It was built on an existing CN railroad bridge over Boulevard de l'Acadie, which also underwent partial reconstruction and structural reinforcement. Although it is located relatively close to Chabanel station on the Saint-Jérôme line, they are not considered a transfer site. Two tracks pass through the station, but only the southern track is used by passengers, with a single low-level side platform. The platform is wheelchair accessible and features a raised wheelchair platform with a ramp to provide access to the trains. A shorter emergency exit platform is located on the north side. Exo Commuter Rail Stations
Exo ( ko, 엑소; stylized in all caps) is a South Korean-Chinese boy band based in Seoul formed by SM Entertainment in 2011 and debuted in 2012. The group consists of nine members: Xiumin, Suho, Lay, Baekhyun, Chen, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai and Sehun. They are noted for releasing music and performing extensively in Korean, Mandarin and Japanese. Deux-Montagnes Line
Deux-Montagnes or Two Mountains Line (also designated exo6 and formerly Red Line) was formerly a commuter railway line in Greater Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It was owned by Exo, the organization that operates public transport services across this region. The line was created in 1918 as a Canadian Northern Railway (CNoR) service. Canadian National Railway (CN) ran the line starting in 1923 following the merger of CNoR into CN. CN transferred the Deux-Montagnes Line to the Société de transport de la communauté urbaine de Montréal (STCUM) on July 1, 1982. The line was refurbished from 1992 to 1995. The Bombardier ALP-45DP is a type of single cab dual-mode locomotive built by Bombardier Transportation (later Alstom) and operated by New Jersey Transit and Exo. Operators New Jersey Transit New Jersey Transit (NJT) purchased 26 ALP-45DPs in 2008, with an option to purchase up to 63 additional units. The first locomotive from the order was displayed at Innotrans in 2010 and was officially unveiled at Pennsylvania Station on May 11, 2011. NJT purchased 9 additional units in July 2010.
