Ahmad Hatifi
Ahmad Arash Hatifi (born 13 March 1986) is a professional football player who is a midfielder and currently plays for Oakland Stompers. Born in the United States, he represents the Afghanistan national team. Career Youth Born in Oakland, California, Hatifi grew up in Alameda, California and attended Alameda High School where he captained the varsity soccer team. He then started to attend University of California, Davis in 2004 where he started to play for the soccer team in 2005. He captained the team in his junior and senior years. After leaving college, Hatifi played for the Bay Area Ambassadors of the National Premier Soccer League, the fourth tier of American soccer, from 2012 to 2013. Faisal Safa Sakhizada ( fa, فیصل سخیزاده; born 15 June 1990) is an Afghan association footballer who currently plays for Kingston City FC, football club from Melbourne, Australia. Zohib Islam Amiri ( prs, ذهیب اسلام امیری; born 15 February 1990) is a professional footballer from Afghanistan who plays as a centre-back for A.S. Blainville and the Afghanistan national team. AFC Challenge Cup
The AFC Challenge Cup was an international football competition for Asian Football Confederation (AFC) member countries that was categorized as "emerging countries" in the "Vision Asia" programme. "Vision Asia", created by former AFC president, Mohammed Bin Hammam, is the AFC's plan for a continent wide programme to raise the standards of Asian football at all levels. The 2013 South Asian Football Federation Championship, commonly referred to as 2013 SAFF Championship, was the 10th SAFF Championship for men's national football teams organized by the South Asian Football Federation (SAFF). The tournament took place from 31 August to 11 September 2013, and was hosted by Nepal for the second time, with the previous being in 1997.
