Aender Naves Mesquita (commonly known as Aender, ; born 12 February 1983) is a former Brazilian-born Hong Kong professional footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for Hong Kong First Division League club Central & Western. Club career Shum Shui Po On 28 October 2011, Aender joined Hong Kong First Division League club Sham Shui Po. Although unable to save the team from relegation, he was voted as Most Favorite Player by fans at the Hong Kong Top Footballer Awards. Barra do Garças is a city with a population of 61,135 located in the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso, around far from the capital city of Cuiabá. Hong Kong FA Cup () is a knockout cup competition in Hong Kong football, run by and named after The Hong Kong Football Association. The first edition of the competition was held in 1975, before then the cup was known as the Golden Jubilee Cup. The current season is the 45th edition of the event. 14 different teams have won the cup with 10-time champions South China being the most successful. In the first three years, the semi-finals and the finals were two-legged events. If the aggregate result was drawn, there would be extra time after the second leg. The Hong Kong Senior Challenge Shield (), known commonly as the Senior Shield, is the football knockout inter-club competition held in Hong Kong and the fourth oldest football tournament in Asia. Traditionally, only the teams in the Hong Kong Premier League are entered into the competition. Kenji Fukuda
is a former Japanese football player. He is a left-footed forward. Club career After graduating from Narashino High School in Chiba in 1996, he joined J1 League side Nagoya Grampus Eight. He played many matches from 1997 and became a regular player in 1998. He helped the club to win the Sanwa Bank Cup in 1997, 1999 Emperor's Cup and the 2nd place 1996–97 Asian Cup Winners' Cup. However his opportunity to play decreased from 2000. He moved to FC Tokyo in August 2001 and Vegalta Sendai in August 2003. The Hong Kong Top Footballers Awards (), established by the Hong Kong Football Association in 1978, recognizes the top performers for each season's Hong Kong Premier League. The prizes are decided according to the votes from mass media and the general public. The Best Eleven Squad are voted by the public, Premier League coaches and managers and staff from different mass media. The votes from public counts 30% and the remaining 70% are from the professionals. Some other newer prizes include Best Youth Player, Best Foreign Player and Best Coach Award. The Hong Kong First Division League () is the second-highest division in the Hong Kong football league system. Established in 1908, it is the third oldest in Asia. The league was formerly the highest division in Hong Kong until the formation of the Hong Kong Premier League in 2014. Since 1908, a total of 29 clubs have been crowned champions of the Hong Kong football system. South China are the most successful club, having won 41 times since their first participation in 1941.
