Adriano Buzaid
Adriano Buzaid (born July 5, 1988) is a Brazilian racing driver. Career Formula Ford Having been a finalist in IndyCar Series driver Tony Kanaan's Stock Car Junior selections, Buzaid moved to the UK to compete in the 2006 British Formula Ford Championship for Eau Rouge Motorsport. Buzaid finished eleventh in the championship, including a win at Rockingham. Formula Renault Buzaid signed with AKA Lemac for the 2006 Formula Renault 2.0 UK Winter Series, as a precursor to a possible deal for the 2007 series. Buzaid teamed up with Adam Christodoulou and Jon Lancaster, and ended up seventh with a best result of second coming in the final race at Croft. Buzaid signed for Eucatex for the main series campaign in 2007, and recorded two podiums en route to 13th in the championship. Croft Circuit
Croft Circuit is a motor racing circuit located near Dalton-on-Tees in North Yorkshire, England. The tarmac circuit is long and is based on the lands of an airfield, but has long since moved on from being a basic airfield circuit. The circuit holds meetings of the British Touring Car Championship, British Rallycross and Pickup Truck Racing race series. History The first records of racing at Croft date back to the 1920s, but it was after the Second World War that Croft circuit became a significant motorsport venue. At the beginning of the Second World War an airfield named RAF Croft was built on the site now occupied by the circuit. RAF Croft also known as Croft Aerodrome, was mainly used as a bomber airfield. The BOSS GP Series is a motor racing series in Europe. The category originated in 1995 as the BOSS Formula series and evolved into the EuroBOSS Series. BOSS is an acronym that stands for ''Big Open Single Seaters''. History The BOSS series was founded in 1995 under the regulations of the RAC Motor Sports Association and raced mainly in Great Britain. The series grew in popularity and later expanded to Europe, being renamed to ''European BOSS'' (shortened by the competitors to EuroBOSS) following the European expansion and the involvement of Paul Stoddart's European Aviation. The Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps (), frequently referred to as ''Spa'', is a motor-racing circuit located in Stavelot, Belgium. It is the current venue of the Formula One Belgian Grand Prix, hosting its first Grand Prix in 1925, and has held a Grand Prix every year since 1985 (except 2003 and 2006). Spa also hosts several other international events including the 24 Hours of Spa, the World Endurance Championship 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps. It is also home to the Uniroyal Fun Cup 25 Hours of Spa, one of the longest motor races in the world. Wayne Boyd
Wayne Boyd (born 25 October 1990) is a British racing driver from County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Boyd won the British Formula Ford Championship in 2008 with Jamun Racing. He won 13 out of 25 championship races. Sat on the pole for 15 races and was on the podium 20 times out of 25 races. In the same year he won the Formula Ford Festival Duratec class. His dominate performance earned him named as one of British Racing Driver Club Superstars and nominated for the BRDC McLaren Autosport Award. Boyd also won the Walter Hayes Trophy in 2014 and won the Formula Ford Festival for a second time in 2015. In 2009 he raced full-time in the British Formula Three Championship for T-Sport and won a race at Donington Park. He started that race outside the Top 10 and in the rain raced his way to the win on slicks.
