Adria Santana
Adria Santana (29 August 1948 – 30 September 2011) was a Cuban actress best known for her work in the theater. Biography Trained at the National School of Art, Adria Santana soon joined Havana's Teatro Estudio company, where she remained for twenty years. She worked with the directors Héctor Quintero, Armando Suárez del Villar, Berta Martínez, , and Jorge Alí Triana. Her best-known roles were ''Medea'', Bernarda in ''The House of Bernarda Alba ''The House of Bernarda Alba'' ( es, La casa de Bernarda Alba) is a play by the Spanish dramatist Federico García Lorca. Las Tunas (city)
Las Tunas is a city and municipality in central-eastern Cuba. It is the capital of the Las Tunas Province and was named Victoria de Las Tunas from 1869 to 1976. Geography The city of Las Tunas is located in along the Carretera Central (highway), between the cities of Camagüey, Holguín and Bayamo. In 1943 the municipality was divided into the ''barrios'' of Primero, Segundo, Antonio Machado, Arenas, Caisimú, Cauto del Paso, Cuaba, Curana, Dumañuecos, Ojo de Agua, Oriente, Palmarito, Playuelas and San José de la Plata. The Council of State () of Cuba is a 31-member body of the government of Cuba, elected by the National Assembly of People's Power.
