Adam Rickett
Adam Peter Rickitt (born 29 May 1978) is an English actor, singer and model. He portrayed the role of Nick Tilsley in the ITV (TV channel), ITV soap opera ''Coronation Street'' from 1997 to 1999, and again from 2002 to 2004. He later joined the pop group 5th Story, set up for ''The Big Reunion'', before joining the Channel 4 soap ''Hollyoaks'' from 2017 to 2020. Early life Rickitt was born in Crewe, the youngest of four brothers. His father is co-owner of an estate agent, estate agency. Rickitt was educated at Sedbergh School, a boarding school in Cumbria. Rickitt has spoken publicly about suffering from bulimia in his teenage years and about how male sufferers have largely been neglected. A model is a person with a role either to promote, display or advertise commercial products (notably fashion clothing in fashion shows) or to serve as a visual aid for people who are creating works of art or to pose for photography. Good Times (Adam Rickitt Album)
''Good Times'' is the debut and only album by the British actor and pop artist Adam Rickitt, released in 1999. After leaving the soap opera ''Coronation Street'', Rickitt signed a Pounds 100,000 six-album deal with music giants Polydor Records. For his first effort, he contributed to the composition of several songs, something unusual for a pop music artist, more oriented towards teenagers. Three singles were released: The first one "I Breathe Again", the most successful, #5 in the UK charts, and silver certified by BPI, " Everything My Heart Desires" was chosen as the second, it reached #15 in UK charts, "Good Times" was announced as the third single, but instead " The Best Thing" was chosen, it reached #25 in UK. Kieran Mitchell
Kieran Mitchell is a fictional character on the New Zealand soap opera ''Shortland Street'' who was portrayed by British actor Adam Rickitt through numerous high-profile storylines from early 2007 to mid-2010. The character arrived to the soap as a mysterious love interest for Claire Solomon ( Emily Robins), only to go through a storyline that saw Kieran discover he has a brain tumour, memory losses and is really a pimp from Thailand. Black Eye
A periorbital hematoma, commonly called a black eye or a shiner (associated with boxing or stick sports such as hockey), is bruising around the eye commonly due to an injury to the face rather than to the eye. The name refers to the dark-colored bruising which is the result of accumulated blood and fluid in the loose areolar tissue following a blow to the head. This blood tracks freely under the scalp producing a generalised swelling over the dome of the skull but cannot pass into either occipital or the temple regions because of the bony attachments of the occipitofrontalis muscle. But this fluid can, however, track forward into the eyelid because the occipitofrontalis muscle has no bony attachment anteriorly. ''The Games'' is a British reality sports game show that ran on Channel 4 for four series, in which 10 celebrities competed against each other, by doing Olympic-style events, such as weight lifting, gymnastics and diving. Bruno Langley
Bruno Langley (born 21 March 1983) is an English former actor. He is known for his roles as Darren Michaels and Todd Grimshaw in ''Coronation Street'' (2001–2004, 2007, 2011, 2013–2017) and Adam Mitchell in ''Doctor Who'' (2005). Todd Grimshaw is a fictional character from the British soap opera ''Coronation Street'', formerly played by Bruno Langley from 2001 to 2017, and now played by Gareth Pierce. The character's debut was broadcast on 14 January 2001. He was introduced as part of the Grimshaw family, formed around the established character Eileen Grimshaw (Sue Cleaver).
