Adam Lacko
Adam Lacko (born 24 September 1984) is a Czech auto racing driver. Career Lacko began his career in 1994 in karting. In 2000 he began competing in the Skoda Octavia Cup, in which he finished runner-up in 2002. Lacko made the switch to truck racing in 2003, competing in the FIA European Truck Racing Championship, finishing fifth in the standings. He improved to finish third in 2004. In 2005 Lacko made selected appearances in the World Touring Car Championship with IEP Team, and the FIA GT Championship. He began competing in the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany in 2006. He competed in ADAC GT Masters and FIA GT3 European Championship in 2008. In 2009, Lacko competed in the FIA GT Championship with K plus K Motorsport. Since 2011, Lacko has competed full time in the FIA European Truck Racing Championship. Alfa Romeo 156
The Alfa Romeo 156 (Type 932) is a compact executive car produced by the Italian automobile manufacturer Alfa Romeo. It was introduced at the 1997 Frankfurt Motor Show as the replacement for the Alfa Romeo 155. The 156 received a positive reception and in the following year went on to win the 1998 European Car of the Year award. The 156 saloon was discontinued in Europe late in 2005, while the Q4 Crosswagon continued in production until the end of 2007. Cars were assembled at the Fiat Group factory in Pomigliano d'Arco, Italy and at a General Motors facility in Rayong, Thailand. Production in Thailand began in March 2002 and ran for only a couple of years. The cars produced there were targeted for the Asia-Pacific markets. The 2005 FIA WTCC Race Of Mexico was the fifth round of the 2005 World Touring Car Championship season. It was held at the Autódromo Miguel E. Abed. Fabrizio Giovanardi won the first race from pole position for Alfa Romeo, and Peter Terting took his first and only WTCC win in the second race, which also turned out to be SEAT's second win. Report Qualifying Roberto Colciago took a shock pole position driving for Honda with a time of 1:29.830, with Peter Terting's SEAT very close behind. Fabrizio Giovanardi qualified third for Alfa Romeo, leading an Alfa quartet of Augusto Farfus, James Thompson and Gabriele Tarquini.
