Accept (band)
Accept are a German heavy metal band from the town of Solingen, formed in 1976 by guitarist Wolf Hoffmann and former members Udo Dirkschneider (vocals) and Peter Baltes (bass). Their beginnings can be traced back to the late 1960s, when the band got its start under the name Band X. Accept's lineup has changed over the years, which has included different singers, guitarists, bassists and drummers. Their current lineup consists of Hoffmann, vocalist Mark Tornillo, guitarists Uwe Lulis and Philip Shouse, drummer Christopher Williams and bassist Martin Motnik. Before arriving at their current lineup, Accept has undergone numerous lineup changes, being Hoffmann the last remaining original member since its inception, and he is the only band member to appear on each album. Hellfest
Hellfest (), also called Hellfest Summer Open Air, is a rock festival focusing on heavy metal music, held annually in June in Clisson, France. Its high attendance makes it the French music festival with the largest turnover. It is also one of the biggest metal festivals in Europe and the first to exist in France. It originated in another music festival, the Fury Fest, held from 2002 to 2005, in different areas of Pays de la Loire. Hellfest took over in 2006 and over the years has seen a continuous rise in visitors, from 22,000 in the first edition, to 55,000 tickets sold per day in 2017. In 2022, the seven-day festival featured 350 bands and was attended by 60,000 people per day. Jan Koemmet
Jan Koemmet (born 18 August 1961) is a German guitar player and an international designer. He joined the heavy metal group Accept between their albums ''Breaker'' and '' Restless and Wild''. He was preceded by Jörg Fischer and succeeded by Herman Frank. After his departure from Accept, he formed Bad Steve with other past members of Accept, Frank Friedrich and Dieter Rubach. From 1989 to 1992 Jan Koemmet was the guitar-player in the Orchester of the Starlight Express in Bochum, Germany. He studied Design, History of art, Aesthetics and Media Theory by Bazon Brock a German art theorist and critic, multi-media generalist and artist. Since 2000 Jan Koemmet directs the advertising agency Koemmet Agentur für Kommunikation in Wuppertal, Germany. The agency has been awarded international accolades, and the works have been represented at international design biennial. Slayer
Slayer was an American thrash metal band from Huntington Park, California. The band was formed in 1981 by guitarists Kerry King and Jeff Hanneman, drummer Dave Lombardo and bassist/vocalist Tom Araya. Slayer's fast and aggressive musical style made them one of the "big four" bands of thrash metal, alongside Metallica, Megadeth, and Anthrax. Slayer's final lineup comprised Araya, King, drummer Paul Bostaph (who replaced Lombardo in 1992 and again in 2013) and guitarist Gary Holt (who replaced Hanneman in 2011). Thrash Metal

Speed metal is an extreme subgenre of heavy metal music that originated in the late 1970s from new wave of British heavy metal (NWOBHM) roots.K. Michael Cartellone (born June 7, 1962) is an American musician and artist. He was a founding member of Damn Yankees and is the current drummer of Lynyrd Skynyrd since 1999. David Reece
David L. Reece is an American singer who has been active in the heavy metal rock scene professionally since the late 1980s, recording with several bands in diverse genres including Bonfire from January 2015 to July 2016. He is best known for his time with the band Accept, appearing on their 1989 album '' Eat the Heat''. Musical career Early years Reece was raised in Oklahoma, eventually moving to Minnesota and performing with major local rockers Dare Force in the early 1980s.
