Johannes Abromeit
Johannes Abromeit (17 February 1857 – 19 January 1946) was a German botanist and teacher. He was born in the village of Paschleitschen near Ragnit in East Prussia, and he studied natural sciences, German literature, and philosophy at Albertus-Universität Königsberg between 1879 and 1884. During his life, Abromeit served as an assistant at the botanical institute in Königsberg, as a lecturer, and as an associate professor of botany at Albertus-Universität Königsberg. He was heavily involved in the Preussische Botanische Verein throughout his professional life. Franz Abromeit
Franz Abromeit (8 August 1907 – 30 June 1964) was an SS officer and worked in the Reich Security Main Office (RSHA). He was guilty of war crimes against Jews, but escaped from Germany at the end of World War II in Europe. In 1964 he was declared dead. Biography Abromeit was born in Tilsit, and in his youth he was a leather merchant. Abromeit joined the Nazi Party (member number 329,305) and the SS (member number 272,353). In 1937 he was promoted in rank to SS-''Untersturmführer'', in 1938 SS-''Obersturmführer'' and in 1940 SS-''Hauptsturmführer''. From 1939 to 1941 he served as head of the SD-Special Section for the Evacuation of Poles and Jews that forced resettlement from Danzig and West Prussia. Fritz Abromeit
Fritz Abromeit (30 October 1923 – October 2004) was a former German footballer. For the entirety of his career Abromeit played with Rot-Weiss Essen, an eleven-year spell between 1946 and 1957. Overall, he played 67 games in the German Oberliga (which was the predecessor of Bundesliga as First Division) scoring 33 goals. He played in the 1953 German Cup final for the red-and-whites, which they won against Alemannia Aachen in Düsseldorf. The Baltic languages are a branch of the Indo-European language family spoken natively by a population of about 4.5 million people mainly in areas extending east and southeast of the Baltic Sea in Northern Europe. Timothy James Abromaitis (born September 17, 1989) is an American professional basketball player for Lenovo Tenerife of the Liga ACB. He played college basketball at Notre Dame. Early life Abromaitis was born in Waterbury, Connecticut and grew up in Unionville, Connectict. He graduated from Farmington High School. College career Abromaitis, a 6'8" forward, chose to play college basketball at Notre Dame and enrolled in 2007. He played sparingly as a freshman in 2007–08, then sat out his sophomore year to develop. In 2009–10, Abromaitis became a starter and averaged 16.1 points per game. The following season Abromaitis teamed with Ben Hansbrough to lead the Irish to a 27–7 record and a #2 seed in the 2011 NCAA Tournament.
