Aaron Muirhead (born 30 August 1990) is a Scottish people, Scottish professional association football, footballer who currently plays as a defender for Partick Thistle F.C., Partick Thistle in the Scottish Championship. Muirhead has previously played for Annan Athletic F.C., Annan Athletic, Partick Thistle F.C., Partick Thistle and Falkirk F.C., Falkirk, after progressing through Ayr United F.C., Ayr United's youth academy. Dumfries
Dumfries ( ; sco, Dumfries; from gd, Dùn Phris ) is a market town and former royal burgh within the Dumfries and Galloway council area of Scotland. Scottish Football League Third Division
The Scottish Football League Third Division was the fourth tier of the Scottish football league system between 1994 and 2013. History The Scottish football league system had operated with three divisions in the Scottish Football League (SFL) from 1975. In 1994, as part of reconstruction to allow the admission of Inverness Caledonian Thistle and Ross County to the league, the SFL was recalibrated to give four divisions of 10 teams. The fourth tier was named the Third Division. In 1998, the Premier Division (top flight) clubs broke away to form the Scottish Premier League (SPL). The Third Division continued as the fourth tier of the league system, but was now the third tier of the SFL. In 2013, the SFL and SPL merged to form the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL). The 2019–20 season was the 123rd season of competitive football in Scotland. The domestic season began on 12 July 2019, with the first round of matches in the 2019–20 Scottish League Cup. Mark Kerr (footballer)
Mark Kerr (born 2 March 1982) is a Scottish professional football player and coach. Kerr started his career with Falkirk in 1998, and later played for Dundee United (appearing in two major finals with the club) and Aberdeen before joining Asteras Tripolis in Greece. On Returning to Scotland, Kerr played for Dunfermline Athletic, Dundee, Partick Thistle and Queen of the South before rejoining Falkirk in 2015. He made one appearance for the Scotland B team in 2005. In October 2019, Kerr was appointed player/manager of Ayr United. He left this position on 28 February 2021 by mutual consent.
