Aaron Hayden (footballer)
Aaron Edward-George Hayden (born 16 January 1997) is an English footballer who plays as a defender for club Wrexham. Career Having spent four years at Chelsea's academy, Hayden left to become a scholar at Wolverhampton Wanderers aged 16. He moved on a one-month loan to League Two Newport County on 5 August 2015, and made his senior debut on 8 August against Cambridge United. His loan period was extended by a further month but subsequently terminated on 16 September 2015. After a short loan spell at Hemel Hempstead Town, he was again sent out on loan, this time to Bromley, on 20 January 2017. However, just 8 days later, he returned to Wolves after picking up an injury in a behind-closed-doors friendly, failing to feature in a competitive fixture for the National League club. Croydon
Croydon is a large town in south London, England, south of Charing Cross. Part of the London Borough of Croydon, a local government district of Greater London. AFC Telford United
AFC Telford United is a football club based in Telford, Shropshire, England. The club was formed in 2004 after the original Telford United, founded in 1872, folded due to financial problems. Currently members of the National League North, they play home matches at the New Bucks Head in Wellington, part of the new town of Telford. The club's colours are white and black. History Telford United experienced severe financial difficulties towards the end of the 2003–04 season while playing in the Football Conference following the collapse of the Miras Contracts business of chairman and sole shareholder Andy Shaw. Herts Senior Cup
The Herts Senior Cup, officially titled the Hertfordshire County Football Association Senior Challenge Cup, is the oldest County-based football Cup competition based exclusively in Hertfordshire, England. It was first contested in the 1886-87 season and won by Hoddesdon Town. It has been contested every year since except for the years 1915 to 1918 when it was suspended during World War I. It is usually contested by the twenty-two most senior Clubs in the County, though this number has been higher and lower in previous years. FA Trophy
The Football Association Challenge Trophy, commonly known as the FA Trophy, is a men's football knockout cup competition run by and named after the English Football Association and competed for primarily by semi-professional teams. The competition was instigated in 1969 to cater to those non-league clubs that paid their players and were therefore not eligible to enter the FA Amateur Cup. Eligibility rules have changed over time, but from 2008 onwards the competition has been open to clubs playing in Steps 1–4 of the National League System, equivalent to tiers 5–8 of the overall English football league system. National League South
The National League South, formerly Conference South, is one of the second divisions of the National League in England, immediately below the top division National League. Along with National League North, it is in the second level of the National League System, and is the sixth tier overall of the English football league system. The National League South was introduced in 2004 as part of a major restructuring of the National League System. Each year the champion of the league is automatically promoted to the National League. 2016–17 National League
The 2016–17 National League season, known as the Vanarama National League for sponsorship reasons, was the second season under the new title of National League, thirteenth season consisting of three divisions and the thirty-eighth season overall. The National League covers the top two levels of non-League football in England. The National League is the fifth highest level of the overall pyramid, while the National League North and National League South exist at the sixth level. The top team and the winner of the play-off of the Premier division will be promoted to League Two, while the bottom four are relegated to the North or South divisions.
