''A Piece of Heaven'' (German: ''Ein Stück vom Himmel'') is a 1957 West German romance film directed by Rudolf Jugert and starring Ingrid Andree, Toni Sailer and Margit Saad.Bock & Bergfelder p.227 The film's sets were designed by the art directors Franz Bi and Bruno Monden. It was shot at the Bavaria Studios in Munich and on location around the city, as well as at the Schloss Höhenried and Lake Starnberg. Georg Thomalla
Georg Thomalla (14 February 1915 – 25 August 1999) was a German actor. He appeared in about one hundred fifty film and television productions between 1939 and 2000 and was widely known in Germany for his comedic roles. Thomalla was well known in Germany as a voiceover artist, dubbing particularly comedians, such as Peter Sellers as Inspector Clouseau in the ''Pink Panther'' movies, and he was the standard German dubbing voice of Jack Lemmon from 1955 to 1998. Thomalla dubbed Lemmon as the second musician in ''Some Like It Hot'', after having himself played the same role in the German comedy ''Fanfares of Love'' (1951), the direct predecessor to ''Some Like It Hot''. Thomalla met Lemmon at the 1996 Berlin International Film Festival, where he gave a speech in Lemmon's honor. He was awarded the German Federal Cross of Merit in 1985. Paul Henckels
Paul Henckels (9 September 1885 – 27 May 1967) was a German film and stage actor. He appeared in more than 230 films between 1921 and 1965. Paul Henckels had started his acting career on the stage in the 1900s. He was well known for his eccentric, colourful roles and his trademark Rhineland accent. Among his most popular roles were the school teacher Professor Bömmel in ''Die Feuerzangenbowle'' (1944) and the veterinarian Dr. Pudlich in the "Immenhof film series" during the 1950s. He was also notable as a stage actor and appeared at the Schauspielhaus Berlin for many years. His most popular stage role was '' Wibbel the Tailor'', which he played more than 1000 times.
