AXN White (German TV Channel)
AXN White (formerly ''Sony Channel'') is a German pay cable and satellite channel owned by High View Group, based in Munich. The network was formerly wholly owned by Sony Pictures, Sony Pictures Entertainment. History Broadcasting started at 11:11 on 22 April 2013. During its first years of broadcast, the channel was exclusively available for Deutsche Telekom until March 2016, when it became widespread among different providers such as Vodafone Kabel Deutschland, Kabel Deutschland, Unitymedia, M7 Group, Kabelkiosk and Magine, Magine TV. The managing directors were John O. Fukunaga, Andrew Jay Kaplan and Karen Elisabeth Marsh, whose headquarters are in Landshut. On December 15, 2016, the channel was renamed into Sony Channel and it later expanded its availability to Austria. On 19 September 2019, Sony Channel has adopted a new logo. 576i is a standard-definition television, standard-definition digital video mode, originally used for digitizing analog television in most countries of the world where the utility frequency for electric power distribution is 50 Hz. Because of its close association with the legacy color encoding systems, it is often referred to as PAL, PAL/SECAM or SECAM when compared to its 60 Hz (typically, see PAL-M) NTSC-colour-encoded counterpart, 480i. The ''576'' identifies a vertical resolution of 576 lines, and the ''i'' identifies it as an Interlaced video, interlaced resolution. Charles de Batz de Castelmore (), also known as d'Artagnan and later Count d'Artagnan ( 1611 – 25 June 1673), was a French Musketeer who served Louis XIV as captain of the Musketeers of the Guard. He died at the siege of Maastricht in the Franco-Dutch War. A fictionalised account of his life by Gatien de Courtilz de Sandras formed the basis for the d'Artagnan Romances of Alexandre Dumas, ''père'', most famously including ''The Three Musketeers'' (1844). ''Anna Pihl'' is a Danish police drama produced by TV2. The series stars Charlotte Munck (''Kongekabale'') as the title character Anna Pihl, Peter Mygind, and Iben Hjejle ('' High Fidelity'' and '' Blinkende Lygter'') as Mikala.
