Geography Bassett is located in southern Mississippi County at (35.535942, -90.126052). U.S. Route 61 passes through the town, leading northeast to Osceola, the county seat, and southwest to Turrell. Kennett, Missouri
Kennett is a city in and the county seat of Dunklin County, Missouri, United States. The city is located in the southeast corner (or " Bootheel") of Missouri, east of Arkansas and from the Mississippi River. It has a population of 10,932 according to the 2010 Census. Kennett is the largest city in the Bootheel, a mostly agricultural area. Dell is a town in Mississippi County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 194 at the 2020 census. History Dell has its origins in a community that developed around a loading dock and post office operated by J.B. Richardson in the late 1890s. When the Jonesboro, Lake City and Eastern Railroad completed a rail line through the area, a town was laid out near the tracks. A concurrency in a road network is an instance of one physical roadway bearing two or more different route numbers. When two roadways share the same right-of-way, it is sometimes called a common section or commons. Other terminology for a concurrency includes overlap, coincidence, duplex (two concurrent routes), triplex (three concurrent routes), multiplex (any number of concurrent routes), dual routing or triple routing.
