Nakuru is a city in the Rift Valley region of Kenya. It is the capital of Nakuru County, and was formerly the capital of Rift Valley Province. Jelani Osei Nelson ( am, ጄላኒ ኔልሰን; born June 28, 1984) is an Ethiopian-American Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley.
